Flexibility on Control Systems

Patterson-Kelley understands the need of the process industry for accurate, repeatable results. Our flexible control systems meet or exceed industry standards and can be tailored specifically to meet our customers’ requirements. PK offers a variety of control options, from basic push button stop/start control, to sophisticated SCADA systems. For the pharmaceutical industry, controls packages can be made CRF 21 part 11 compliant. Integration with customers’ auxiliary equipment is easily accomplished and we can build-in remote trouble shooting capabilities directly from our engineers.

Processing metal powders presents its own, specific challenges.  Metal powders are extremely friable, resulting in weak granules. PK’s gentle tumbling action can blend, agglomerate and granulate even the most friable metal powder blends without breaking down the granules.  PK blenders can be constructed to handle the heavier than average bulk density associated with metal powders.
