Patterson-Kelley’s process knowledge extends back over more than 50 years of leadership and innovation. We brought the Twin Shell® V-blender technology to the processing industry in 1950. Over the years, it has become the industry standard for the homogenous tumble blending of powders. Our intensifier bars have proven to be an accepted technology for intimate blending of minor ingredients. The Liquid-Solids intensifier bar is the most effective method of dispersing liquid into powders and breaking up small clumps to achieve precise, consistent and controlled granulations, coatings and agglomerations.
Since that time, building on Twin Shell® performance PK developed state-of-the-art technology, providing dramatic improvements in blending with both our Cross-Flow® and continuous Zig-Zag® blenders. All of our designs are carefully configured to produce consistent, reliable precision blends to meet the most exacting specifications.
In an effort to further meet our customers’ growing needs, PK dryers and processors were developed to control temperature and vacuum allowing materials to be processed under a specific and controlled environment.
